From Hardware to Payments
The hardware business is not a footnote to the payment application; it is the evidence behind it. Projects are specified, installed and commissioned, and work of this kind carries customs paperwork, supplier terms, warranty obligations and tax invoices that have to be correct. An applicant with an operating history, invoiced revenue and management accountable for delivery is a different proposition from a company formed to hold a licence.
No payment service has been offered at any stage. The licence applications were filed first, and nothing will be offered to customers before they are approved.

Customer Due Diligence
Once licensed, merchant onboarding will run on documented KYC and CDD procedures, with sanctions screening, ongoing monitoring and reporting aligned to Thailand's AML and CFT obligations. No merchant will be onboarded before the licence is granted and those procedures are in place.
Safeguarding and Audit
Once licensed, funds collected on behalf of merchants will be held separately from the company's own accounts and reconciled against the underlying ledger. The payment business will be subject to independent external audit and to an appointed compliance function with a reporting line independent of sales.
Data and Resilience
The company is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 today. Personal data in the payment business will be handled on defined lawful bases, with access limited by role, retention periods set in advance and a route for data subjects to exercise their rights. The platform is being built to be monitored, backed up and tested.
C.C.E. Import Export holds no payment licence and operates no payment collection or payment gateway service. The services described on this site will not be provided unless and until those applications are approved by the Bank of Thailand.
